Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your payment receipt or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

If Agent 2.0 did not work for you, email us within 7 days of a charge and we will refund that charge. We would rather give you your money back than have you feel stuck.

How to request

Email hello@demandsonar.com with the email you used to pay. Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments back to your original method.

Free scans

The free scan (Agent 1.0) is free. There is nothing to refund.
