What DemandSonar is
DemandSonar is a research and analysis tool. It gathers public data and uses AI to produce an opinion about a business idea, plus a suggested plan. It is information and analysis, not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.
No guarantee of outcomes
The reports are estimates and judgments based on available data. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or any business result. Decisions you make based on a report are your own. Validate important decisions independently.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do not use it for anything illegal or to harm others.
- Do not resell or redistribute the reports as your own product.
Accounts and free scans
Free scans require an email and are subject to fair-use limits. We may rate limit or suspend abuse.
Paid plans
Paid plans (Agent 2.0) are billed through Dodo Payments on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; see the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
You own the ideas you submit. We own the software and the methodology. The report we generate for you is yours to use for your own business.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, DemandSonar is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the update.
