Door-to-airport luggage transfer so travelers fly hands-free
Is the demand real?
There is a clean story: collect a travelers bags the day before, deliver them to the airport or their destination, and they travel light. Some business travelers, families, and elderly flyers would value it. But in compact, transit-rich Switzerland most people manage their own bags easily on the train, the willingness to pay is thin, the addressable moments are occasional rather than recurring, and security and liability around checked-in handling are non-trivial. It is a nice-to-have, not an urgent recurring pain.
Growing or fading?
Niche luggage-free travel services exist abroad but adoption is slow, and Switzerlands excellent public transport limits how much people need it.
