Outdoor and experiential corporate team-building: half-day and full-day curated activities (alpine challenges, cooking battles, escape-style city missions) sold to HR and team leads
Is the demand real?
Strong, budgeted, and recurring. Swiss companies run team events with real budgets, HR and team leads have to organize them, and they hate sourcing and coordinating activities. They will pay well for a turnkey done-for-you day. The buyer is a business with money, not a price-sensitive tourist, the headcounts are large (CHF 100 to 250 per head times 20 to 80 people), and the same companies rebook annually. This is the least seasonal and most repeatable idea in the vertical.
Growing or fading?
Hybrid and remote work increases demand for in-person team offsites and bonding. Risk: some seasonal weighting to spring and autumn offsite seasons and a summer dip, but corporate events run year-round including indoor winter formats, so seasonality is mild compared to tourist-facing ideas.
