Is the demand real?

Companies, wedding planners, and private hosts in the Geneva region do want food trucks for events, and the booking process today is fragmented across individual truck operators, phone calls, and word of mouth, so a clean booking platform has a logical wedge. But this is a two-sided marketplace with a classic cold-start problem: too few trucks and you have no supply to offer, too few events and trucks will not list, and the regional truck market is small enough that operators already know the event planners directly. Demand for events exists, but the marketplace liquidity is hard to build in a small market where the supply side can disintermediate you, so this is a tough, fragile model unless run as a managed concierge rather than a self-serve platform.
