Is the demand real?

A valet service for upscale restaurants, clinics, hotels, and events sounds appealing in a wealthy city, and a handful of venues would use it. But Switzerland has limited valet culture, strong public transport, scarce and tightly regulated parking, high labor cost for attendants, and significant liability for parking other peoples cars. The addressable venue list is small, margins are crushed by Swiss wages, and an app layer adds little because the real constraint is parking supply and labor, not software.
